Hey, guys.
Everyone wants to live a better quality of life. There might be a different meaning for the quality of life for every one of us. The ways I am gonna discuss here are the ones that worked for me. You can always choose the ones that suit you the best. So, let's start.

In a workplace where you have lots of pressure building up on internal grounds for performing well and where we are more prone to depression. The major cause of depression is when we experience stagnant ness in life.  Here are some ways to enjoy a  healthy and improved quality of life even within the pressure of performing well.

1) Keep learning at every moment:
When you keep learning new things you feel a strong sense of motivation. This helps you in acquiring an optimistic attitude in your life. You will stay happier and more focused. When you learn you can feel the growth within yourself. When we see ourselves stuck in one position and feel helpless to do anything that might help us grow, we usually feel depressed. In short, keep yourself busy. Learn small things, like

  • Gardening: Seeing growth will make you happy. 
  • Help a person: seeing other people happy because of you makes you happiest person.
  • Cooking: Try making new dishes with your wife or with your mother. This will make your relations and your personal life a better place to live in. 
  • And many more things.......

2) Read Books:
Books teach us a lot. Reading self-improvement books actually help us to grow. If you are not a book type try inculcating this habit by reading books of genres that you love. It could be anything varying from romance novels like "The fault in our stars" to mystery books written by "Enid Blyton". These are the books that I have actually read and also have helped me to read some self-help books like

  • THE SECRET
  • THE KITE RUNNER
  • HOW THE SECRET CHANGED MY LIFE
  • RICH DAD AND POOR DAD 
  • THE MIRACLE MORNINGS 
These books are really very helpful. They teach you how to stay happy and ask for anything from the universe that you want. From getting your dream job to having a happy family. All the tricks that nature actually follow are given in these books. How the secret changed my life is highly recommended. Do go throw it.

Now, after these learnings, we also need to revise them and feel happy about them.
We can do it in two different ways

3) Write a dairy: 
Writing a dairy really helps a lot. Make your diary pretty enough for yourself to read it. Keeping it clean will teach us creating wonders out of the mess. Maintain the good quality of your diary. Put pictures wherever required and sticky notes will also be helpful. You can make it as colorful as you want or as simple as you want. It's your personal diary. Write down your goals, dreams or any kind of learnings you had in a day. Re-read them, speak them aloud. Believe them. You will definitely achieve your goals while learning so many useful things. 
Make a habit of keeping a diary and pen with you.

4) Record your learnings.
You can also record Whatever you write in your diary. By doing so, you will also be able to listen to it whenever you are not in the mood of reading something. Listening only makes you believe stronger. You can listen to your recorded voice while driving a car, or while cooking.

5) Share your learnings.
When you share your learnings with someone it actually makes you feel good. Make a habit with your couple of friends that whenever you find some time in or out of the office, you all have to share one thing that you learned and was valuable to you. This how you might improve upon your knowledge as many people might have different things to say also it will lead to healthy relations among your colleges that will lead to a healthy working environment.
Tips: You can talk about your favorite things or about the meaningful lessons that you learned and want to share or about your strengths and weakness. You will get to know about your strengths better and always try to work upon your weaknesses along with polishing your strengths.

6) Try various different things:
Always keep trying various different things. You will get to know more about yourselves. The strangest thing is that we ourselves have no clear idea about what do we love and what we really enjoy the most. Try something adventurous. Love the people on the way. Make new friends and have total fun. Life is all about trying new things and exploring true meaning to happiness.

7) Love your family:
No matter what the case is loved your family and be nice and generous to them. Share your feelings with them. Make a culture to understand. Don't just make people understand yourself but also try to understand them and their feelings. There should be no place for malice. Having a happy family greatly affects the quality of life one lives.
